Quickstart step-by-step guide
To get connected:
Enter the GPON-SN code located on the sticker on the front of your router
Enter your details to receive a code by email or text
Enter the code and your payment card details
Select the Package
The first time you sign in, Package 3 will be highlighted for you to select, as we are giving you 1 Gig free of charge for the first three months.
When the three months are up, you will receive a reminder to either take no action and remain with Package 3, or you can select a different package.
Ready to register?
If you’ve got everything you need to hand (including the GPON-SN code located on the front of the router), then jump straight into registration to get connected.
Existing customer?
If you need to manage your account for upgrades or settings, please login in using the credentials you chose at registration.
